Will organize the: “Proposals writing training program”
Description of the Project
Both hubs are newly established and are seeking to expand their Hub membership and resources they consider applying for grants is an important part of fundraising for social enterprise, and the proposals are key for applying to grants.
Open Gov Hub Albania and Pakistan are seeking to increase proposal writing skills within their teams for more efficient fundraising. To address this combined need they are planning to organize a two months “Proposal Writing Learning Lab”. This opportunity would be open to all Affiliate hubs and members of the organizing hubs. One month will be dedicated to knowledge building on writing great proposals. Second month will be dedicated for participants to work on their own potential proposals with guidance from mentors.
By implementing this pilot project, the Partners will work to achieve five (5) objectives:
1. Enhance proposal writing skills within the hubs teams to increase their potential in securing funds.
2. Improve the hub's capabilities in fundraising and projects planning.
3. Share the best practices about the proposal writing with the local organizations in the two countries
4. Promote open government, accountability and citizen engagement.
5. Promote collaboration (as applications will be encouraged to apply in teams)
